Odoo ERP
Odoo covers a great deal out of the box, which is exactly why implementations go wrong: switching modules on is easy, and deciding which ones you should leave off is not. We implement module by module against a defined process, write custom code only where standard behaviour genuinely doesn't fit, and keep the customisation small enough that you can still take an upgrade. We work with Odoo; we do not hold a partner certification, and we would rather say that than let the absence imply one.
- ERP
- CRM
- APIs
- Databases
- Fit-gap against your process before a single module is switched on
- Implementation across sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, accounting and HR
- Custom modules written the Odoo way, so upgrades remain possible
- Data migration from spreadsheets or a previous system, reconciled before go-live
- Integration with the storefront, the bank feed and anything else that has to agree
- Rescue work on installations that were misconfigured or abandoned mid-project
- Key-user training, plus documentation of what was configured and why
- A fit-gap document: what Odoo does as standard for you, and what it doesn't
- Odoo configured module by module against your process
- Your data migrated and reconciled before go-live
- Custom modules kept small, so upgrades stay possible
- Key users trained, and a record of what was configured and why
If any of these sound familiar, this is usually the right place to start.

Odoo was installed, everyone got a login, and the process was never defined
Enough custom code has accumulated that upgrading is now a project of its own
Half the modules are switched on and two are genuinely used
The previous implementer left mid-project and took the reasoning with them
Odoo holds the invoices and a spreadsheet still holds the truth
From the first conversation to running it.
Free 30-minute consultation
Send the form and we arrange a time: a video call or a visit to your office in Cairo. You leave with a one-page plan and the three things worth doing first.
Fit-gap and proposal
We map your process against standard Odoo and put the gaps, phases and price in writing before anything is switched on.
Implement in phases
One area at a time, such as sales and inventory first, with your data migrated and checked before each phase goes live.
Train, go live, support
Key users trained on their own data, then support and upgrades from the team that configured it.
Illustrative examples, not client work.
These are examples written to show scope. No client commissioned them, none is named or implied, and they carry none of the figures a real project page would. Real project pages will replace them as clients approve publication.
Questions about this service
Are you an official Odoo partner?
No. We work with Odoo and do not hold a partner certification, and we would rather say so than let the silence imply one.
Can you rescue an Odoo project that went wrong?
Yes. We review what was configured and why, fix or remove what doesn't fit, and finish the parts that were left half done.
Odoo or a custom ERP?
Odoo is the right answer most of the time. A custom system only makes sense when your core process genuinely doesn't fit, and we show you the numbers either way.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope, so we don't publish a price list. After the free consultation you get a written proposal with scope, phases and price, usually within 48 hours.

About a website, a store or the systems behind them. Send the short form and a person in Cairo replies within one business day. You leave the consultation with a one-page plan and the three things worth doing first — and if we're not the right people, we'll say so.
