Custom ERP Systems

Building an ERP from scratch is the wrong answer most of the time, and we will say so. It becomes the right answer when the operation has a real peculiarity that every product on the market forces you to work around — and when the daily cost of that workaround, paid by every user, exceeds the cost of building. We start by establishing which of those two you are actually in.

  • ERP
  • Databases
  • APIs
  • Automation
What we do
  • A build-versus-buy analysis first, with the numbers that produced the recommendation
  • Modules built to the process you run — inventory, production, procurement, finance, whatever the operation is
  • A data model designed for the questions the business asks, not for the first screen it wanted
  • Role-based access, approval chains and an audit trail on anything that moves money or stock
  • Migration from the spreadsheets and legacy tools the system replaces
  • Source code, schema and documentation handed over, so you are not locked to us
What you get
  • A build-versus-buy analysis, with the numbers behind it
  • A system built around your process, released in usable phases
  • Roles, approvals and an audit trail on anything that moves money or stock
  • Your spreadsheets and old tools migrated into it
  • The source code, database design and documentation, handed over
Where it helps

If any of these sound familiar, this is usually the right place to start.

A calculator on printed financial reports beside a laptop
  • Every product demo ends with 'you'd handle that part outside the system'

  • The operation runs on a spreadsheet nobody else is allowed to touch

  • Licence cost scales with headcount, for features nobody opens

  • The process that actually makes the money is the one no product supports

How it works

From the first conversation to running it.

  1. Free 30-minute consultation

Send the form and we arrange a time: a video call or a visit to your office in Cairo. You leave with a one-page plan and the three things worth doing first.

  2. Build or buy, in writing

We check whether an existing product such as Odoo would do the job first. If it would, we say so. If not, you get scope, phases and price.

  3. Build in phases you use

The part of the process that hurts most comes first, and your team works in it while the next part is built.

  4. Hand over and support

Code and documentation handed over, then hosting, support and changes from us, or from your own team.

Example builds

Illustrative examples, not client work.

These are examples written to show scope. No client commissioned them, none is named or implied, and they carry none of the figures a real project page would. Real project pages will replace them as clients approve publication.

Questions about this service

Will we be locked in to SysMicro?

No. You own the code, the database and the documentation, so another team can take it over.

How long does a custom ERP take?

It depends on the scope. The first phase is planned to be in use within weeks, not at the end of the project. The proposal gives the timeline for each phase.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the scope, so we don't publish a price list. After the free consultation you get a written proposal with scope, phases and price, usually within 48 hours.

Not sure where to start?Start with a free 30-minute consultation.

About a website, a store or the systems behind them. Send the short form and a person in Cairo replies within one business day. You leave the consultation with a one-page plan and the three things worth doing first — and if we're not the right people, we'll say so.

Free 30-minute consultation. Leave a way to reach you and we'll agree a time.

Email or phone, whichever you prefer. We need one of them to reply.

A line or two is enough: what you use today and what isn't working.
